Outgrown us!!

I need to give a little info before we get into this story...

The players:
Justin, Coach Lori and Coach Amanda...regulars!
Taylor: Head lifeguard at the pool
Ashley: Barracuda coach and lifeguard at the pool
Katie: seven year old swimmer on the Barracudas

Here we go..

L: "I'm texting Coach Amanda."   K: "Coach Amanda!  I miss her, is she coming back next summer?"  L: "No, she isn't."  T: "WHAT? SHE ISN'T? (jaw drop)"  A: "She isn't? Oh no!"  K: "She's not?"  L: "She isn't and we are NOT talking about it.  It's too upsetting for me."  J: "Coach Amanda needs to concentrate on her career.  She has outgrown us."

What?!  We all looked at Justin and then called Amanda to tell her!

Smarter than a 5th grader!

On the way to the book fair....  

   J: "I'm excited to go to the book fair and see some of my peers."

Watching Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader....

   J: "Social Studies!  I'm good at that since I'm social.  But it turns out that it's more about studies then social!!"

   J: "Anatomy..what's that?"  L: "It's about the body."  J: "I know body parts!  Eyes, ears, nose, esophagus!"
